Michael K. Allen is a business law attorney who has counseled individuals and companies of all sizes with respect to entity planning and formation, and on business and real estate transactional matters.  Mr. Allen has vast legal knowledge in the structuring and operations of businesses and companies in a variety of industries and sectors.  Many of his clients are retail and service businesses, real estate owners and developers.  He is very familiar with the challenges that face a start-up company and can navigate entrepreneurs through the legal steps involved in the start-up process., including, advice on founder's stock and equity based compensation structures. Mr. Allen also has extensive experience in advising clients on ongoing management, employee policies and operation issues.


Prior to forming Woo Allen Law LLP, Mr. Allen was a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP's corporate practice group and was a founder and partner of Rowe Allen Mullen LLP.
